Short and friendly
Yes, please
- Make yourself at home. Use the kitchen, the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi.
- Keep quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Neighbours are mostly families.
- Lock up and switch off lights, air conditioning and the balcony door when you head out.
- Tell Dritan early if anything breaks. Honest accidents are not charged.
Please don’t
- No smoking indoors. Balcony only, and please use the ashtray.
- No pets. The apartment is not pet-equipped. Service animals are welcome with notice.
- No parties or extra overnight guests. Maximum 4 people. Daytime visitors are fine if you check first.
- No wet swimsuits on the furniture. Hang them on the balcony rail.

Air conditioning
Around 24–26 °C is the comfortable range. Please switch it off when you go out.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with a stovetop, kettle and stovetop coffee maker. Dishes are washed by hand.
Towels
Bathroom and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towel arrangements will be confirmed with your booking.
Pools nearby
There is no pool in the building. Nearby resorts have pools and set their own access and day-pass rules, so ask them directly. Qerret Beach is around 200 m away, with umbrellas for rent.
